    Thompson's Add More Time To The Clock

    It has been three weeks since our family has given an update. These past few weeks have kept our family extremely busy. From meeting with charities, non-profit groups, attorneys, doctors, the CEO of GSK, final exams, and everyday family life, we are now on "cruise control". Within these three short weeks we have conquered so much due to outreach, donations, and all around support. Again our family cannot say this enough THANK YOU.     Our family wants to start off by saying thank you! After our message went out last week, the out pour of help and support was nothing short of amazing. Last Tuesday we felt pretty low, by Wednesday afternoon after reading emails, wall posts, text messages, and returning phone calls we were reassured our fight wasn't over. It took us the remainder of the week and weekend to respond to everyone and contact every person on our recommendation list. We went at this thing at all

    As of our last update, our family had some pretty good options. We have been meeting with the doctors at Mayo and worked on getting Trey prepped for chemotherapy. Yesterday we went in for our follow up to proceed and sign off to do chemo next Monday, or so we thought. Although we were told that this could happen we never mentally prepared. Yesterday we were informed insurance is denying Trey's chemotherapy's. Days like yesterday, you really ask yourself "Why?"... "How can the
